These guys are the best of the best! Every contact we made with each employee was first class. They are extremely knowledgeable and can handle every aspect of your septic system from inspection to pumping. They are very fair and worth every penny because they know what they are looking at, are experts, and treat you like the most important customer they have. All of my questions were answered. They located our tank, added the risers we needed, pumped and all within 2 hours. They are prompt, communicate very well and up front - no surprises. I am thrilled and will refer them to friends and family. I'll be a customer for life. Thank you Kevin, Matt and John, Zach and Kim! Who knew what an awesome experience this could be!

Pooles was called to do an install it cost me 17k it don't work and he won't come back out to fix the huge pile of sewer. This was put in one year ago.

These guys (everyone of them) were great to deal with. Responsive, on time, good work and professional. They are easy to talk to and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Very friendly. I highly recommend Poole’s. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars!
