Fake phone number. And I keep getting calls from them. They r harassing people by calling 2 times PER DAY and at all hours of the day.

What a horrific and inconsiderate business/ marketing plan they have. The first call I received from them, they asked the typical homeowner questions and after a short discussion, I was receptive to having them come out for an estimate to potentially install solar panels on my home. The only caveat was, I couldn't even think about doing it until the middle of August at the earliest. So I asked for them to reach back out in August and then we can schedule the appointment. It's been 6 years since the one and only time i looked into it. I didn't do anything at that point in time since it came with a $48,000 price tag to purchase the system. Which on a 3,200 square foot house had a payback that would take decades and decades.
What happened over the course of the next 7 business days is that I have received a minimum of 2 calls per day, to a high of 4. I have been more than patient when the calls started, but they all say they will put notes in their CRM that I will book a time in August, so don't call until then. Most likely don't know how to do it.I understand they are just waiting for the software to dial up their next potential client and it's not their fault, but when I inform them of the same story over and over again and no one cares to inform their manager to help them make note of it, I am certainly justified to become aggravated.
Now keep in mind, my numbers are listed on the "National Do Not Call Registry", but I still took the calls and didn't shut them down right away and they even got a potential sale out of it. (Yes, I do update my numbers regularly, because I understand that registering once isn't good forever.) Now due to what I will call harassment, not only will they not get an appointment or sale, I will be reporting their improper business practice of calling people on the DNC Registry. As far as I'm concerned, due to their lack of understanding or training of the hired guns, one star if far too high.
