I am afraid I cannot recommend this practice. I began seeing a therapist here for pelvic floor PT. As the hospital does not take my insurance, they offered a good self-pay price, so it was worth the extended drive down to be seen here weekly.. until I got a bill. As a cash/self-pay patient, I paid every visit in full before I even left the building. Attempts to get help with the bill I erroneously received have gone unanswered. The collections department that the bill was forwarded to is obviously of no help. I highly do not recommend initiating care at this location, as you very well could receive a bill that no one will help you resolve, regardless of the fact that you may have already paid for the services you received. Use this location for your PT needs at your own risk.
