Quite ridiculous. Only location open around here and when I show up, nobody at the counter has cash even though the manager is walking around talking to employees and other . Im withdrawing too much to use the ATM so Im stuck using the counter.
So I wait for 15 minutes in line waiting for the individual to come with cash. Once she does, her and the manager whisper for a few minutes in the managers office, meanwhile the manager has spoken with me twice knowing Im waiting to withdrawal cash.
Im sitting here as I type listening to them laugh waiting to get cash.

I really like using this branch. You always get warm greeting. Priya, Kalpana, Steve always deliver incredible customer service, they are on top of everything and make banking business enjoyable. Thanks!

Not many reviews, and the most recent review was 2018, so I thought I'd leave one. I've never had any issues or problems at this branch. It's a small branch in an area with a growing (and in my opinion an entitled and demanding population)  so I think they are doing pretty well what to deal with that, and they did particularly well in the past 2 "Covid years" all things considered. One might have some issues with BofA as a corporation and their corporate policies, but let's keep it real.  This branch is staffed with good people who have never disappointed. I've had many interactions in the past 15 years at this branch involving a broad variety of services. All of them were satisfactory and professionally managed. 5 stars.
