This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Do not use them! WARNING! They are not good business partners.
They removed $1,200 out of our missions account without warning or notice for a card reader they never said to return to them. When confronting them about it they said with a condescending tone, "You should have read the contract, honey."

I am a small business owner. They deceive you into saying you need new cc machines and then lock you into a longer contracts. I was with this company for years and there was all sorts of random fee's being taken out without notice and when I did cancel they took there sweet time canceling my account and continued to take funds out of my bank account when I did not even have a cc machine anymore! Customer service agents are rude and don't care about you as a business owner! This business engages in dishonest and deceiving practices. They do not honor contracts and justify changes by mentioning "additional documents" that were never initially given. I strongly discourage anyone doing business with this company. They have several LLC's linked to them (Smart Choice Payments) with different names be careful and stay as far away from them as you can.

This is a terrible company. They have changed their name just enough to withdraw money from our account. We are a nonprofit. They told us that we could cancel at any time and then in their 14 page commitment said other things. We stopped payment and they have now sent the information to a collection agency. We are in the process of working with the Attorney Generals office in South Dakota. Any other recommendations to get these people off our back?

I just noticed 893.00 out of my bank account, are you kidding me? I haven't dealt with this business in years. My bank is disputing this you pieces of manure. I cancelled my account with you remember? Then you said not to , return the manual credit card machine, that I never used. It's packed in a box somewhere. I will get my money back, and will make a report to DOJ, FTC, and Consumer Affairs. You are stealing people's money . My bank now has a block on you. These people are shady, have ulterior motives, watch out. I wish the govt, would shut them down, they have malicious intent on the people and this is not the way to do business with anyone. I am urging any victims to email me your names, and phone numbers to be included with the IC3.gov complaint I just sent in, they want your testimonies, so they can contact you, or better yet, file with them if you haven't already done so. I also urge you to file with consumer protection bureau if you haven't already done that. This company is from the devil himself and they have no good motives for people and their businesses.
