This was my 1st visit
Rita was my hair designer
She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted
I didn't have a schedule but she got me in before I had to leave for my trip
She has a lot of experience and knows what she is doing
I would come back for sure

Ive gone to Loretta at the other salon she worked at and overall liked what she did for my coloring and Bob cuts. But this time I wanted to start growing out my gray and was going to get a bob cut with some bleach streaks so that the gray would blend in better. She found a photo online that came to the models chin. She showed it to me and my daughter and we liked it. She immediately pulled out a razor and shaved the back and then both the sides. I expressed my concern and unhappiness with the length, but all she kept saying was that once she styled it that itll look better. By this time, it was too late and I had to let her finish. Not once did she use scissors on my hair, just the razor. I couldnt help but start crying and she then proceeded to argue with me saying that shed followed the picture. However, she couldnt find it to prove her point. She asked my daughter what she thought, and she also said that it wasnt close at all to the photo. I was so upset and shocked, but felt like I had to pay her. All I wanted to do was go home and hide. Ive been so devastated ever since and now have to try wearing wigs as I grow out my hair. I later texted her my disappointment and she never responded. Shes lost a loyal client.
