The ownership and management team are extremely unprofessional. They never fixed a number of items. This was a very bad experience for me.

I have been a tenant at the Cambridge Square Apartments with American Property Management for 2 years. I called American Property Management directly to check on the status of my online payment (FYI, they charge you a transaction fee of an extra $30 for online payments). The first lady that answered my call was very kind and directed me to the appropriate person. When the next lady answered, she responded with “Hello?” in a very short, abrupt and rude fashion. I then asked “Is this American Property Management?”. Her (at this point, she still has not given me her name) response was, “Yes.” I then told her that I had met the deadline of paying my rent on time (which was by the end of midnight the day before) and wanted to know the status of my confirmation because the funds had still not been taken out of my bank account. Luckily, I had a screenshot of my confirmation receipt just in case. Her response was far from helpful, “Oh, yeah, I was going to get to it sometime today.” I made my call at 3:12pm and their office closes at 5:00pm. She then asked for my address and I provided it. I also mentioned I had my account number if she needed it and she had no response. She finally provided me with her name, Christine. So, I assume she looked up my account and was going to confirm with me my payment. No, she said “Ok, you’ll see something soon” then hung up.
This is by far the WORST customer service I have experienced with this company—and this isn’t the first time I had to deal with Christine and her poor customer service.
