Arrived almost half an hour before close, more than enough time to order and leave. They had already cleared out almost all the food. What is the point of being open if you refuse to serve customers? Will not be returning to this location.

Service poor. Everything looks trashed. Soda machine out of ice and co2. Bathroom horrible and out of towels.

Overpriced, unhealthy food, unfriendly people and dirty. I can see why the parking lot is empty. That should have been my first clue.

I had a TERRIBLE experience here! I had JUST dropped my husband off at the airport because he was flying out to Basic Training for the military. I went to Panda Express and had gone inside and ate lunch. On my way to my car, I unlocked the door and put my Panda Express soda cup in the holder and locked my car. The manager was in her car and got out to tell me that if I left the parking lot at all that she was going to call the towing company. The signs all around the parking lot say exactly "Panda Express Customer Parking Only". And I was JUST a customer. I needed to cross the street to access the ATM because I'm in downtown Portland and most cute shops charge extra for debit card transactions, or don't even take cards, and so I needed cash. This is what I told her.
I crossed the street, pulled money out of the ATM, and when I turned around to go back to my car, the tow truck had already hooked up my car. I ran over, had to pay $186 to have the guy drop my car, then I left and never ate at another Panda Express again. I have told family and friends about this incident and now I'm writing this review for all those who want to use their services.
