      image Not great. Almond croissant was super dry (not flakey or bouncy....just DRY) with barely any almond filling (crme d'amande or facsimile). It was a Saturday, so I'd expect it to be fresh, but it was like 3 day old parched sadness. Even the slivered almonds couldn't hang on for dear life, they just slid off in a shudder of resignation. I had to dip the croissant in coffee to resurrect it from its dead toast quality. Incidentally, the drip coffee was excellent - robust and fresh. I think this place is better known for their bread - I'd go elsewhere for pastries.
