This has got to be one of the worst medical groups. In no other field would this kind of service be tolerated. Just because they are one of the only options, you are at their mercy.
Just getting an appointment takes an act of God. Its very concerning. If they are this understaffed and spred this thin the likelihood of someone getting hurt is high. It really scares me.

They will give you drugs but have zero strategies or advice or thought about your condition. Found a new doc and discovered that NW gastro wasnt even doing the most basic diagnostic tests on me, they just want to sell infusions with zero personalized care. Also the facilities are cramped and dirty for being in a major metro hospital. Avoid.

Sadly, their staff is not supportive or caring in patients. They do not want more work than they have and dont put effort in helping patients who need their expertise. I dont recommend this location. Seek a different gastro clinic that actually want and care for their patient!

Rude doctors. Refuse to treat anything even when necessary. Waste of time and money.
