Bets is an absolute gem of a person as well as a property management. She was always so helpful and sincerely kind to me and never gave me a hassle even when I deserved one for being late on rent. She actually went the extra mile when I was down on my finances, and she helped me in ways that I never imagined a property management would. Thank you Bets!!!!

I've had my space for 8 months now, and it has been great. Management at this location is super responsive. I've never had any issues with safety in this area. I love my space, and my neighbors are awesome. It's a great little community, and I feel very fortunate to be able to have my own private space to create art.

I love this facility and Stacy the building manager is so helpful and friendly! Renting through Activspace is very effortless and I highly recommend.

I had my shop here for a year & half & its a great location for the price point! All people who rent get a parking spot you can park all day (limited parking spots though) & most streets around are free 2 hr visitor parking. Clients had to ring up on the elevators which I liked.
