Bad Experience

I had a bad experience with this practice. I was referred from Geriatric Dental because they were too booked to take an emergency patient. I was seen a week ago, for an infected tooth; I had lost the cap on the tooth and was told by the Dentist that I needed to have it extracted, and also have the tooth next to it, repaired. The Dentist prescribed some Amoxicillin and pain meds, but I never did receive the pain meds, only the antibiotic. i was scheduled for an appointment, for a week later, at 1 P.M. Two days prior to my appointment, the office called and left a message on my phone, but I did not receive it because my iPhone was not receiving my voicemails correctly. The next day, I called them, from seeing their number on my phone and the receptionist attempted to reschedule me for a week later, after I have been taking the pre-med for a week. I explained to her, that I did not want to do that, as I have been taking the medication and wanted to get something done. She insisted that I reschedule and I told her "NO", and told her that I did not want to do that, and told her "Goodbye" and ended the call. Dr. Tron called me later telling me that I could come at 3, that same day, or come in the next day at 2, to have both teeth extracted. That was NOT the original plan in the first place. Both teeth would be extracted??? NOT! The cap was to be repaired. I was very upset and dissatisfied with this office and will NEVER return for their service. Very difficult receptionist to deal with that did not/or could not speak plain english. I would NOT recommend using the dentist, especially when they do not even know what procedure was needed/required by a patient.
