      image Prior to this summer the experience with VHFLC had been reasonable. After they lost the contract for after school with Portland Public the service fell off a cliff. The communication has been non-existent, my daughter wasn't happy, and they moved the last two weeks of summer camp to a park that is basically in Tigard and not near the families that use their services.
