James is the best appliance person I have ever had! He responded promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the needed part and repaired my dryer in less than 36 hours from my making the service appointment. JR came and looked at my unstable, many-years-old washing machine the day after I called for an appointment, assessed the situation and ordered the needed part immediately. My appliance was fixed the day after the part came in and is back in business! This affordable fix saved us from shelling out on a brand new washer and gave our used one new life. He is very kind, patient, and professional - a true pleasure to have in our home. Ill be calling JR again in the future if any other appliances in my home need repairs. Had a good initial experience but my dryer started having the same problem 3 weeks after James repair. Tried to set up a time for him to come back but communication was difficult and unclear. We had a misunderstanding about the time he was going to come (even though the agreed upon time was clearly in our texts from a few days ago) and I felt like he was condescending towards me over the phone. Spoke over me and wouldnt let me talk. Just weird and uncomfortable, I dont feel good about having him back in my house so my $320 is down the drain, I need to start over with someone else. We were unsure whether our dishwasher could be repaired. JR responded promptly and was able to see us within a day or two. He quickly assessed the problem and quoted us a repair cost, which would have been higher than the cost of a new machine. I really appreciated his knowledge base about the work he does, and by explaining the information I came away from the experience knowing more about how to select a good product.
