      image Customer service rep was rude. He was clearly struggling with his work duties running around and ordering his team in a curt manner. I received snide remarks, which were not appreciated, when I didnt understand his question and asked him to clarify.

      image Not Recommended. I made the mistake of renting a box here. I typically have to wait every time I come in to get my mail. You have to wait for whoever is getting service for mailing packages. It's ridiculous that they don't give you a key to the box! Only certain boxes have the keys. Why is that?

      Here I am, still using them...as it's a hassle to change addresses. And one more Christmas season waiting waiting waiting waiting JUST TO GET MY MAIL FROM THE BOX!
      Furthermore- I got an email notification that my package was there, AND my bank rushed me something to be there today...and at 4:45 pm they didn't have it ready to give to me? I basically drove over and waited, not for what I expected or needed. Useless.
      Why isn't there some kind of system for the people that come in just to get their mailbox checked? What is the problem with this?
