We hired Advanced Construction to do a complete tear down and rebuild of a master bathroom. This was a complex project that required permits, engineering work, and a lot of complicated tile and plumbing work for a steam room/steam shower. Jordan and his crew were EXCELLENT to work with and surpassed all our expectations. His crew Christian and Bruce were really top notch as well. This was a long, complex project so I was very happy that Jordan was such a great communicator throughout the whole process. We always knew what was going on and who was going to show up and when. If we have any future projects, Jordan will be our first call!!! Service: Remodeling

We are so glad we found Jordan to remodel our bathroom. He was great at communicating every step of the way and very patient when plans changed. Hes easy to talk to and really listens to every detail. His crew was here every single day until the project was finished. We would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him!

Weve been working with Jordan for over 10 years. The quality of his work and service he provides has always been exceptional. This latest project was a total kitchen remodel, remodeling 3 bathrooms, and painting our downstairs including vaulted ceilings.
It is always a pleasure working with Jordan through each phase of a project. The planning phase included recommendations on how to balance quality and cost, referring us to several reputable vendors for materials, and being flexible when we wanted to purchase items from our local big-box store. When the work was being done Jordan communicated progress regularly with photo updates. His attention to detail is obvious in the fit and finish of the work. Rather than simply working only the items listed on the contract, he takes into account those little things that make a project shine.
Were lucky to have a contractor whose opinions we trust and whose work has stood the test of time. Were looking forward to working with Jordan for the next 10 years of home improvement projects. We LOVE Jordan and his team. Weve worked with him now on several big and small projects over the years and hes my goto guy. Hes honest, straightforward and his team are total pros. 4 years later, our bathroom remodel has held up just as great as the day it was completed. The three things that make advanced construction the best; 1) the estimate is what you pay (change orders excluded) 2) the quality is top notch 3) Jordan is honest and not going to upsell you on something you dont need.
We recently purchased our first investment property in Portland while we were temp out of state. Jordan was our first call after we made an offer. It was a 1902 property and I cant imagine having any other contractor help us. He did an inspection with my husband, collaboratively came up with a punch list and then did all the updates within a couple weeks, all while we were out of state. The best part was his honesty when my design wheels were turning, he kept reminding me its a rental, not worth it even if that meant less work/money for him.
