Charles is fantastic! I came in today with medium long hair and showed him a few pictures of short curly pixie cuts. I am middle eastern and have very thick and frizzy hair. He did an amazing job cutting, coloring, and styling it! I'm having so much fun with my new cut. I couldn't be happier. I've always had long hair, so this was a big risk for me, and Charles was superb.

Raoul has colored my hair several times and is by far the most skilled colorist and stylist I've found. Ladies, do yourself a favor. Go see Raoul. You will not be disappointed!

I was referred to Michele O'Neil at Richard Herrera about Hair by my wedding photographer a few years ago, met with Michele for a consult and corrective color, and have been a client ever since. She did an amazing job with hair and makeup for all the women and girls in the bridal party, has kept my color looking natural blonde, and continually works to keep it healthy and not over-processed. This salon has a professional and friendly atmosphere and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Michele and have on many occasions to my friends and family since becoming a client.

This is an awesome salon. Go here for the best color/cut you'll find in Portland - and ask for Deborah. She's worked miracles on my hair. I feel like there's nothing she can't do (I have thick curly hair that's been three different colors since I started going to her). I've never had a cut I didn't like. Deborah really listens to what you want. She's smart, and cares a lot about giving you the cut/color you're looking for. I wish I knew more people in Portland who needed a stylist. You're missing out if you don't try this Salon, Deborah in particular.
