Worst company ever they transferred my money to a different company without my approval and they deducted $100 fee and they said we mailed you 1 year ago, this company its a joke, I was talking to customer service and let wait almost half a hour to get response for her supervisor, do not use their services at all.

The worst. You are better off managing your own money with no experience. Half a brain and Google will get you better yields than these people.

I have been trying for four days now to get an Account Manager yo call me back. I spoke with chris who said he would send an e-mail and when I called back the next day and spoke to Mohamad he said the e-mail was never sent but said be would send an e-mail and mark it urgent. Then I was called by carl and his response was maybe they are on leave. I said to carl does somebody not fill in when normal person is on leave he said he was sure there was. I am getting defined benifit retirement and I have not recieved my check for this month. Can not get anyone to call me back and tell me why I have not recieved my retirement check.

The initial CSR was condensing and lacking professional skills however, Sarah, the supervisor was wonderful, efficient and helpful in accomplishing why I called.
