My experience working with Washington Garden Memory Care has been wonderful. This facility truly stands out for its dedication and efficiency, making it a pleasure to collaborate with them as a medical transportation provider.
A special mention must go to Sue at the front desk. She is simply fantastic, taking it upon herself to handle the prepayment invoice, which significantly simplifies the process for everyone involved. Her efforts dont go unnoticed and add to the seamless experience of working with Washington Garden.
Its also important to recognize the incredible coordination behind the scenes. The coordinator does an excellent job organizing the rides, ensuring everything runs smoothly for the residents and their families. This level of organization and care from the entire team makes every interaction with Washington Garden Memory Care a positive one.
Im genuinely happy to work with such a caring and efficient team. Washington Garden Memory Care goes above and beyond to provide a warm and welcoming environment for their residents, and its clear theyre committed to excellence in every aspect of their service. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a place that combines heart with outstanding care for their loved ones.

The staff at Washington Gardens is the best! The interactions I experienced working with Rachel /Marketing and Jen / Nursing was amazing. The community offers a warm and cozy environment for folks with dementia and other cognition impairments. The resident rooms are bright, clean, and homey. The care staff was courteous and very engaged with me and also the residents!

Its been 2 months since my last post and
My rating has increased to 4 Stars this month.
-Food quality and selections have improved considerably and my mother is eating so much better!! Thanks to the new chef and team in the kitchenthank you!!
- Moms supplies have been filled properly
- Lanae, who is in charge of the activities & enrichment has elevated the program.My mother is more engaged and is going on outings!!
-Myra is moms favorite caregiver!! She is professional and always on task.Myra makes sure mom brushes her teeth every night and she looks out for mom. They laugh together and my mom enjoys her company. Myra is proactive and gets the job done! We are so thankful that Myra is in moms life
Myra has proven to be consistent and reliable .
In addition, All of the care givers and med techs are wonderful, respectful and caring. The team they have currently is awesome!
I believe that the new leadership has made many improvements over the past two months. And I hope they keep getting better.
