I've been a customer for about six years. Timber Dental has the same issues most chain dental offices have, and the same one a lot of dentists in general have. They make you fill out an intake form and never read it, so don't expect them to know what you're allergic to just because you put it in their system. You get a new dentist every single time because the place is a revolving door for DMDs, and you never know when you'll get one who wants to give you ten fillings or one who looks at the same xrays and says you don't need fillings at all. The front desk and billing and the rest of the bloated administrative structure are all very kind and polite, but in a healthcare system that will eventually scam you out of everything you're worth, I don't find much comfort in getting thumbs up and high fives along the way. A lot of this can't be avoided but I don't think it's too much to ask to have the same dentist every year, so I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I regret choosing this dental office. When Im on time to my appointment I wait in the waiting room for 30 min and when Im 15 min late they have to reschedule me for my appointment. When they scheduled my partner for a filling they gave him the wrong appointment time and day. He showed up and couldnt be seen. I cant recommend this dental office. I have wasted a lot of time. I have finally wised up and going to try a new dentist.

I would not recommend this dental group. I moved up here from California and have only had two cavities in my whole life and I am 44. No other dental issues. They told me I needed a deep cleaning. When I refused they said they could not clean my teeth the normal way. My dentist back home always told me if they tell you that you have to have this done you dont ever need this. He is right it is a scam. OnFind a dentist that will provide you with regular cleanings. You have a right to decide what is good for you. For someone to push medical on you is not right. I did find a great dentist locally that said they will never push a deep cleaning on me after this bad experience. For any dentist to refuse to do a regular cleaning is not a true dentist. I get to decide if I want my cavity filled will they not provide a cleaning if I dont comply????? This is bad medical all the way around choose another dentist. They also didnt send over all the x-rays requested by the new dentist. The new one was so nice they took them at no charge since they didnt send them all over. Had a wonderful experience at the new one.
