      image I've been a customer for over 10 years. I have bought many many phone and never have I been told I had to pay for help. The service has gone down more and more each year.
      I bought a $2000 phone a couple months ago that has issues right away and asked for them to swap from the broken one to the new one that insurance sent out. And they were going to charge me $40?.
      I Used to stand behind verizon but with the lying and extra charges just to get help is swaying me to buy and pay hundreds a month to a different phone company.
