I came here after a terribly unlucky day that had finally culminated in me spilling coffee all over my favorite white tee just before an important work presentation. You quickly took my size, helped me find a new shirt, and even let me change into the new top in the changing room before I left. Thank you for being so kind and supportive while I was at my most vulnerable (AKA with my shirt flipped around backwards to hide the stain). By the way - This new Madewell shirt is actually now my new favorite basic shirt!

Emily is the MVP of Madewells denim department. shes incredible and everyone could use a trip to see her and gain confidence in how you look.

Literally the nicest staff ever. I always feel helped and well taken care of here and always leave having had a good laugh. Shopping can be really mentally and emotionally draining and the girls here make it a lot better.

Not enough of the normal to larger sizes, mainly only XS and small. Love their jewelry and candles
