tried to cover up out-of-pocket costs before treatment. I called before the appointment to ask about the cost and didn't get a full answer on how much I will pay, just "your insurance is tier 2". When I came in I got to sign a stack of paperwork but no explicit cost was disclosed. After the visit I got billed in full.
Ask directly how much is your out of pocket cost before coming in. Don't shy it and make a mistake like me

In honor of Chiropractic Day, I'm leaving a review for Dr. Rene St. Cyr, a chiropractor who has been a monumental influence over my recovery from lumbar stenosis symptoms which caused me to become bedridden on a recurring basis after I injured myself on the job. Although I had seen many chiropractors and physical therapists weekly over the span of about 1.5 years, he was the first to take the time to educate me on the nature of my condition so that I could incorporate activities and habits to help myself heal, not just get by. While other doctors recommended I simply get a steroid injection and mask the pain with medication under the idea that there wasn't much they could recommend otherwise, Dr. Rene encouraged me to make informed decisions for lasting recovery and lifestyle choices to avoid disability and potentially unnecessary dependence on pain medication. This clinic is wonderful and I'm grateful for the part it played in how far I've come in my healing journey.
