I was very impressied with my recent experience ordering from this shop. I was having flowers delivered to a patient at Legacy Emanuel. Not only was the order filled the next day, it was delivered early in the day and was well worth the price paid compared to other shops in the area that mostly had a lot of greenery in their example bouquets. I would definitely recommend this business for this type of order.

Very poor customer service. A lady answered the phone and was very short and rude. I was told my order was sent to another flower shop due to a designer being out of town. I did not receive any communication about my order or my order delivery time. Just to top it off the delivery driver called me and questioned why I bothered to order if nobody answered the door. Maybe next time give me a time! Answer your messages on your website.

These are the balloons they delivered to my College Student for their birthday. When I emailed, and called to explain the issue, a nice lady promised me a refund. No refund. I called again and got the Manager. His Customer Service is horrendous. I ended up having to dispute it with my credit card company. Save yourself the aggravation.
