I've always have had a great experience at this FedEx over 6+ years and despite the fact the manager was friendly, the service ridiculous. I had 3 sheets that I sent to "printandgo," but my 3 sheets for 3 copies weren't exactly formatted to 8.5x11 or 11x17, so the desk had to print the 3 sheets. It took 5 minutes to change them to fit the size and print, which I was charged $2 per sheet. I was then reminded that in reality, $2.50 was a surcharge for them printing them for me, but in reality, she was supposed to charge me $7.50per sheet for changing the format. So a job that took 5 minutes and 3 individual copies would have been $10+ per sheet. No thanks! Postal Annex and UPS closer to me. FedEx just lost this customer

This is a good FedEx location close to the Fred Meyers. Sometimes it can get busy, but the employees have been quick and helpful for me.

Shipped my e-bike here since I thought it would be safer. Staff stored the box upside down for a week and then on pick up complained about having to store it at all.
