      image This place is the absolute WORST! Horrible customer service. They need better people representing them. I use this store a lot because it's close to my home but i will start going out of my way to use another store just for better treatment. This location is horrible!!!

      image Horrible customer service, my package disappeared and the staff was not responsive to my inquires. Things go wrong in business I get it, it is no excuse to be rude and argumentative. My inquiries were met with attitude and disinterest.
      I have been patient and respectful in all my interactions with the Marginal Way UPS store and staff. My reward was rude, disinterested, unprofessional customer service.
