Withdrawing my money immediately, they shut down their ATMs for any transactions even withdrawing on holidays, I tried to use the ATM the FRIDAY before Presidents Day and its already shut down. Worst ever

As far as I can tell this is a criminal organization. They applied months of additional principal payments to "interest," a concept that doesn't even make sense. They refuse to reverse it and are ignoring my emails and calls. Stay away!!

4 overdraft charges in 2 days? That is $140 in overdraft fees because I cannot physically drive to the bank that is over an hour away from me with Covid-19. These people are actual crooks. I'm out of work for 2 WEEKS because of covid-19 too. I will definitely be closing up my account here after paying the $140 in overdraft charges and head to a credit union. I have been with this bank for 9 years and they have never done ANYTHING good for me. This has been a long time coming. This is the last straw.
