My dad and I stopped in for some food and we both got steak bombs, which were great! The meat was actually cooked right, and tender and chewy. The bread smells fresh like they just baked it! It was quiet and they even cleaned up around us and left us to chit chat well beyond closing and even then they were super nice about prompting us to leave!
I will say though that I am extremely unsatisfied with the "Cookie-Whoopies" as the filling is more of a gritty sugar frosting as opposed to a soft & smooth cream filling. But, I think that really comes down to preference.

My boyfriend and I have been frequent customers of PHOP. We have always loved the food and atmosphere of this location. As of late, I have to say Im disappointed with the service. Just today, my boyfriend and I placed an order. We purchased two sandwiches, a salad, and fries. We never received the salad and were still charged for this.
If it was only that one mistake, I would not be writing this review. About a month ago, I bought a single piece of baklava which came to about $3.00. I picked this up after my significant other had placed a pretty large order. At first, the charge on my statement showed I was charged the $3.00. About 3-4 days later, I noticed on my bank statement said that the price had switched and came out a little over $8.00 for the small desert I had picked out. I never had put a tip on this purchase so I called into the store to inquire more with a manager. From my perspective, it only seemed like I was wrongfully charged. I am worried someone working for this establishment could be adding tips onto orders. I told him the date the order was placed and I was promised follow up. I never heard back. I love this store and would hate to see a decline in service. I wouldnt be providing this feedback if I didnt genuinely care to see improvements upon these areas.

Stopped by for my birthday pizza, and enjoyed it. Pizza style is not my favorite, but it was ok for a change. Service was prompt and friendly.
