Our stay at the Chadwick was wonderful! We had a lovely, cozy room, and the breakfast was SOO GOOD!
Everyone was so wonderful, Id definitely recommend staying here.

My wedding come true!
We recently stayed at the Chadwick and had our wedding there. Erin is the owner and also performed our ceremony. It could not have been better. The rooms were fabulous, beautiful and clean. We were married in front of their fireplace, which was gorgeous and perfect. Erin helped with flowers, wrote the ceremony, performed the ceremony, and made us breakfast! We had 2 breakfasts with her and both were out of this world. I gave her a very brief suggestion and she elevated it to the nines! Her dogs are adorable and add such fun and hominess without being intrusive. I felt calm and cared for in her home. You cannot go wrong with any kind stay with her. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

We had an amazing stay! The rooms are cozy and even though our bathroom was in the hallway, it wasn't an issue. The breakfast each morning was tasty and a great start to the day. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed here in 2014 and had such a great memories that we decided to stay here again for a couple of nights during our vacation. It was every bit as lovely as our first stay! The hosts are delightful and very communicative, check-in was a breeze, the room was lovely, and the breakfasts were thoughtful and delicious. It's also within walking distance of many of the attractions, such as the art museum and a range of bars and restaurants. Given the relative cost of hotels and Airbnbs, I think everyone should choose the Chadwick!

Staying at the Chadwick B&B can be summed up in one word: delightful! Erin and Zack are fabulous hosts! Breakfast was amazing each day: savory crepes! Pecan pie pancakes! Spinach eggs Benedict with orange hollandaise! Erins sets a cozy morning atmosphere - dont stay here if you dont like jazz. The house is a charming Victorian, with original fixtures (including old fashioned working radiators) and everything is well decorated. Anything you may need was in convenient reach, with thoughtful snacks available at all times, homemade cookies, and a well stocked coffee and tea bar of which we made liberal use. Self check in was a breeze. The small pack of huskys greeting us with the songs of their people made us feel instantly welcome. We stayed in the Chamberlain room which was large and comfortable. We were in easy walking distance of pretty much all of the activities and restaurants we wanted to go to, and if we drove it was easy to get to and from the B&B. Thank you Erin and Zack for such a wonderful and relaxing stay!!
