I am sad to report the details of my experience with global technologies Inc. I ordered a family pack of product online because it contained the lotion that Iwanted to purchase. I was shipped foaming hand soap sanitizer instead of the lotion. This substitution was not authorized by me. I reviewed the products carefully comparing one to the other the hand sanitizer and the disinfectant lotion or different products. I contacted the company and on their phone machine I was encouraged to leave my number and they would call me back. Two days later I called and politely wondered if perhaps I had missed their call back. I was treated very poorlyI by a man name Bob. 1. He said that I was wrong to expect a call back, as they never return calls to customers. 2. He acknowledged the unauthorized substitution of product based on the fact that they were out of the lotion that I had ordered. 3. He hung up on me when I suggested that I would like to return the product. 4. After calling back to enquirer about a refund on the shipping charges as well as a return label. . .he was very clip with his comments that seemed to only allow that I would be responsible for the cost of returning the product that he purposely wrongfully shipped to me. 5. I had to call back once more as I learned the company had two addresses and I did know which address to use for my return. - he did not answer my calls. So I have zero confidence that I will be refunded any of the over $100.00 dollars that I spent.
