I went to Coachworks just because it was within walking distance from my house, and I've remained a customer for years.
Their work is reliable, they always give me a straightforward opinion about whether it's worth it to have work done relative to the life of my vehicle and Ken has always been easy to work with, courteous, and helpful.

My parents used these guys for body repair a few times back when my sister and I were still learning to drive and were always very satisfied with their workmanship. Fast forward quite a few years and I got a estimate from them to fix a scrape in my car. I called them back the next day hoping to schedule a time to have the work done, they told me I would have to wait about two weeks and they would get back to me. I called them back three weeks later after not hearing from them right away and again they tell me they "haven't forgotten me but it will be another two weeks because their schedule is so booked," still no clear indication as to when they can fix it. I have waited and still not heard from them and am not counting on it. I plan to have my car fixed elsewhere even if I have to pay a little more.
