I genuinely do not understand how this hotel has so many positive reviews. Upon pulling up to the hotel, it seemed nice albeit a little outdated and musty smelling. My first room looked very clean until TWO roaches appeared in my bathroom and then crawled out into the hallway, presumably to someone elses room. I packed all of my belongings and went down stairs to ask for a different room on a different floor. I was met with apathetic service, the only thing the three staff members could provide me was a very dry Im sorry and a sarcastic comment from the older female that at least its the roach is in the hallway now to which I replied That is not good either?? I received a new room that looked like a dungeon that didnt properly lock. I tried to get ready for bed and found food stains on the sheets, dog food on the ground, OH AND ANOTHER ROACH. At this point its 3am, I have been traveling since 7am the day the before and I breakdown out of exhaustion. I pack my bags AGAIN and go to the front desk where I am met with the same apathy and dismissive attitude by the older woman. I explain my situation again and how I would just like to check out and I was told Are you kidding? No Im not kidding. If you like to sleep with roaches, go for it. But I travel for a living and I expect that paying $300 for two nights would at least give me a roach free experience and some kind of customer service. And I also wasnt offered anything to make this situation any better. Just a Well I cancelled you stay, sorry about that. Pathetic. Avoid staying here at all costs.

Hotel is excellent. Its beautiful on the outside and the inside. It is well run with very helpful and courteous staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was delicious.

To noisy near the highway. Had to change rooms. Will never get a hotel next to the highway.

Tierra & the rest of the staff took really good care of us and make sure we were taking care of. I actually made the mistake of booking the wrong week and they were able to get us into a similar room for the same price.
Breakfast was delicious and ready for us in the morning. Free coffee all day and cookies from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. everyday wonderful.
Our room was clean and didn't lack anything. I could go on and on, but I would highly recommend this place for vacation or business. The staff here truly cares about you and makes you feel at home. Whenever we come back we are sure to stay here. Please take care of your staff and and give them all a raise because they definitely deserve it. Bravo, Country Inn & Suites! BRAVO!!!
