Ralf is by far and away the best Real Estate Agent in the Channel Island harbor and Port Hueneme Area. I have used him several time of the last 15 years. He is a skill negotiator and kept me informed with every detail. He know all the paper work that need to be done. He will push thing along with the Banks, lenders and Escrow (and with the other agent, too.) I know that he was the part President of the local Real Estate Association .
If you want someone who really knows the Real Estate business and will represent YOU thoroughly and faithfully you want Ralf to represent you.
Please do not get Ralf Moll confused with other Real Estate company "Hardy Moll." They are not the same Company.
Also Ralf is a Channel Island HS Grad. Go Raiders!!!

Service par excellence, brilliant negotiator, integrity beyond reproach
After trying out another realtor, and for 10 months could not get any offer approved, we went back to Ralf. (He took us back with open arms). He was my husbands and his familys realtor for many years. (Three years ago, he found us a condo to rent, with a very kind landlord). And what we could not do in 10 months, he did it in 2 months! So we got our house as a Christmas gift. The first transaction did not work out and we found a better houseThere were 4 other offers, with ours as the lowest, but because of his negotiating skills, and other contributing factors, our offer got accepted. We did not equip ourselves with prior knowledge about home buying, but he made sure we were informed and safe at every stage of the transaction. It was also important to stick to what you can afford, and he made sure he was advising us based on affordability. He provided us with a variety of options, and did a lot of research on the houses up for sale. When problems rose up, he knew how to troubleshoot. He even went beyond a mile, helping us source the most economical fumigator. He has a tenacity to pull everybody involved in the transaction, hurdling all obstacles to reach the finish line. To top it all he has a good sense of humor when it gets rough and bumpy. The real estate industry thrives because of people like Ralf!
