They were prompt in responding to my repair request, however the service was poor. A 4 hour ETA window was given. This shouldnt be more than 2 hours. When the technicians arrived I tried to talk to the only one who spoke English, however he was chatting with a female on his phone. Three different times I tried to talk to him but he was on his phone. I finally interrupted him and told him Id like my irrigation pipe shortened about 3 feet. He told his crew man who then cut my pipe in half making it way too short. They put another piece of length on with now another connection and got the system running. As they were leaving I reminded him my controller needed replacing. He didnt know this even though I told the scheduler twice that it did. He spliced my controller wires together using only tape. I would think connectors would be better used. What I found most unsatisfactory was he didnt seem to care what I needed and was more interested in chatting on the phone. They also had to replace the same head/line twice last year because they didnt do it correctly the first time. I wont use them again, but rather will search for a more professional irrigation service provider.

I contacted them on May 26th to help my sister obtain an estimate and my call was not returned as of June 7th .

Trying to use a local company. They did a drive by quote when I said I would like to meet someone the reply was use someone else. I would never use them

Dan Boule installed our sprinkler system a little over two years ago via our home builder. Yesterday my lawn was treated with chemicals and the lawn care company said I should water in that treatment. So when I went to manually turn on the system I had no water. I called Dan Boule's office late that afternoon and they returned my call promptly and said they would send someone out the next day to repair whatever needed repaired. They even accommodated me as I had an early doctor's appointment so they showed up after I was back home. The guys who showed up were excellent and identified the problem quickly. Basically it was my lack of proper maintenance which was cleaning the outside of the intake filter to help prevent barnacles from growing inside and then preventing the check valve from working properly. They replaced the filter and the check valve, primed the system and tested it. They also checked all my sprinkler heads as there were a couple with ground up barnacles stuck in them which prevented proper water distribution and those too were flushed and cleaned. Then their foreman went over some basic procedures that I should follow so that I can keep the system in good working order and prolong the entire system. Thank you for doing a great job guys ! This company went to my father in law home and with out ringing the doorbell went into the backyard and cut the lake feed pipe that we changed and had added a quick union and a backflow device in the pipe so that the water would not flow back after the sprinkler system ran. We had replaced the water pick end with a brand new one at a cost of $33.14 only to have his men cut the pipe and replace the pipe out into the lake with low grade sprinkler pipe which with the wind pushed south a cracked the low grade sprinkler pipe in several places so it would loose it's prime.
My father in law called them for like a month later after there work could not get the sprinkler system to work.
The owner Dan Boule told him that the sprinkler pump was no good and needs a new one. We went over a couple of weekends ago figured that it was the low grade water pick up he installed for we knew everything else was repaired. When we went to remove the stones and grass we use at the waters edge to expose the union so we could pull in the pipe. We realized that they cut the pipe glued on there LOW GRADE SPRINKLER PIPE THAT IS TO GO IN THE GROUND TO BE PROTECTED. For it is a cheap grade of pipe for it's thin wall.
We found out they STOLE everything that we had replaced about $100.00 in fittings, backflow valve and a union. For we thought it was the issue. My father in law called them explaining what we had done and replaced. Told Dan Boule that we had a leak somewhere in the yard. They did find the sprinkler pipe in the front yard that was crushed and fixed it. They charged him $300.00 and replaced what we had done we Schedule 40 pipe and fittings a new union and backflow and a water pickup. Primed the pump and the sprinkler system was up and running.
I would not use them for the neighbors told use today the 3 guys spent less than 10 minutes in the backyard and then left for it was starting to rain.
They steal your property that you paid for and probably use at another job
