Well, first of all...I have yet to hear back from this place.  They NEVER return your calls for emergency detox treatment.  You get put into a voicemail where you can tell them just how desperate you are to help your loved one who could die if they do not get into immediate treatment/detox.  Once, I spoke with a woman there and she yelled at me saying I needed to be more patient b/c I couldn't even get a call back just to say whether their beds were full or not.  There is nothing more frustrating than having a loved one who is ready to go to treatment and close to death from using drugs and reaching someone's voicemail who tells you to not leave more than one message in a day.  Well, then, make a call!  If this place does not have enough funding to have people who care answer the phones- shut them down and put someone is business who can help people in crisis!
