Terry Booth (Operations Leader) showed up at our house to inspect/treat for water damage from excessive rains. He is knowledgeable beyond belief; the utmost professional, and one of the most customer-focused individuals I have had the pleasure to work with. He spent a great deal of time explaining the problem and getting equipment in to begin the dryout and dehumidification. He coordinated with the roofer to repair the roof damage where the leak occurred. Cleanup begins today. I am grateful for his leadership of his team and his high level of expertise. ServiceMaster has given me excellent service in my recent water loss. My initial call to Terry Booth on a Thursday evening was met with him sending Doug to start their restoration process that next morning. Doug efficiently handled the damage that day and Terry has been following up on the progress daily. They have explained the details of the work and what I can expect at each step. Their helpful and professional manner has made this a seamless process. I even received a call from Dreama at their home office who was very pleasant and personable to deal with. I had Service Masters come out to do some emergency water damage mitigation on a Saturday morning. Doug arrived very shortly after I called. He did a great job identifying where all the water had reached and set up his equipment to remove all that moisture. Doug was very kind and professional. I worked with Terry on this job also and he was very helpful in ensuring the moisture levels had been reduced and provided me some tips on how to deal with and prevent mold. Terry is a bonefied mold expert and was eager to share his knowledge. Doug and Terry were both great gentlemen. It was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend their services.

During the Easter weekend I had an urgent need to rent an air scrubber. After contacting several companies that were unable to help me, I got in contact with Terry Booth from Service Master Premier Restoration. I did not know much about air scrubbers but Terry took the time to go over what an air scrubber does, he recommended the size needed for my home and made me feel relieved now that I became more informed about the product. Terry responded quickly and was able to deliver and set up the air scrubber onsite at my home in a short period of time. Terry is very knowledgeable in all things dealing with restoration. Terry and Service Master helped me to keep my home remodeling project on schedule. I would highly recommend Service Master Premier Restoration to all my family and friends. They are a great company who really truly care about their customers. Thank you Service Master and Terry for an overall wonderful experience.

I have used ServiceMaster on at least three or four different times. Twice due to flooding of my primary residence. They were here the next morning after the flooding and begin immediately with the clean up and drying out process. They were very professional in handling our furniture and taking care of our many personal items that had to be moved. They treated the effected area so we would not have mold growth. We have also used their services to clean out our duck work. Again, they were on time and worked very professional. My wife has this company on speed dial in case anything else should happen. She knows who to call to get things done. Good work for a fair price! You can't ask for better from a company. I give them a five star rating any day!! Services: Water damage cleanup, Mould removal
