From start to finish, Walkers was the best experience I've ever had at an auto bodyshop. I was recommended by a friend who said he wouldn't go anywhere else, and I quickly understood why.
Jay was so kind when scheduling and went over initial pricing. From the beginningthey set clear expectations for the customer. Next, I worked with Joe whowas a reallygreat communicator. He thoroughly explained the process and mirrored Jay's clear expectations about the pricing of services and the time frame itwould take to complete the work. They under promised and over delivered by having my car done the same day.
The gentleman who checked me out, went over my bill in detail with me. Seriously? Over and beyond! I can't name another auto body shop who's ever taken the time to do this. He broke down the cost of parts and labor and reviewed each line of the bill. Very transparent & trustworthy.
The service was exceptional. They are so honest and fair. This past week the Cherry Hill dealership told me I needed front and rear brake pads. Walker's explained I only needed rear because I still have plenty of padding in the front. This saved me $1200 from the dealership's proposed work.
I spent years driving to Cherry Hill to have my cars worked on atthe dealership. Now that I know about Walker's, I won't take my car anywhere else either.

They were extremely helpful in the situation I was in. Instead of recommending a very expensive repair job, they let me know that so much other work was going to be needed and not to put more money into it (2006 Tuscon, 122,000 miles, 3 previous owners, paid $6,400, nearly $4,000 in repairs thanks to Firestone ripping me off). So I traded in my junker and got a wonderful 2021 Tuscon. I'm forever grateful to Walkers! Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!
