I usually choose enterprise when I need a rental and I usually have a great experience. However, this experience was not the greatest. The male who did my walk through was not friendly. He did not speak and barely talked. He basically handed me the keys and was going to leave had I not requested a walk around of the car due to noticing multiple areas with damage. I left property and within 15-20 minutes the tire pressure light came on and I had a complete flat. I called enterprise and the guy who answered had no care in the world. I told him the car was not able to be driven and he told me I had to drive it to the property or deal with the flat. I went to fill the tire and it was at 2. The next day I went to enterprise on again a completely flat tire in the rain in order to get a new car. The female had me in and out which was great. I received a new car but it smelled of cigarettes and body odor. Sad case.
