Slowest worker ever. I was in line with two people in front me of and there was only one worker helping people check out, there was someone else behind the counter not really doing anything, not helping check out, and kept saying someone else was going to come to check out, ummmm why cant you? Youre standing here?!? Then finally after like 10-15 minute I get up to the register. Worker moving at sales pace, literally, I only had ten pairs of panties and it took her so long to bad everything. Finally I pay and Im waiting for my receipt to print. The phone rings so she turns around to answer it, my receipt has printed and instead of handing my me receipt and bag just continues talking in the phone! Im just standing there waiting for my bad after Ive already paid! Worst experience ever never going back to this place. I ended up having to ask another employee to hand me my bag while the other girl was still on the phone. I work in customer service and this is absolutely ridiculous. Either pay your staff better so they have incentive to do well or higher more professional people.

I purchased merchandise and for a year they were good until my dog chewed them up and there is a policy that if a bra is broken the VS employees had to replace them. I go to the store and ask I heard about this policy blah blah blah and this lady says no and I say okay thanks, as Im walking away I hear them laughing. And another experience I had is when I went with my friends, while leaving the same lady goes up to my friend and asks her if shes going to buy anything, my friend says no Ill come back when there are discounts, and this lady says maybe you shouldnt have come if you cant afford it. And they have no AC in this place for a while
