It sure would be nice if the above address was corrected. They supposedly have moved to several other locations. Office help takes forever to find your account online and give you the correct address. After over 50 years with Gibbs, I am very disappointed in the current situation.

THE WORST! DO NOT HIRE! I would say these people are a joke if their incompetence wasn't so devastatingly costly. Impossible to get return phone calls or emails, everyone blames someone else in the office for repeated errors which have cost my company thousands! Rather than apologize and attempting to resolve the issue, all employees simply discontinue contact as to not be the one involved. Non-stop problems for several years. Just had to find new coverage on 7 policies just to get away from this company! PICK SOMEONE ELSE!

After being assured numerous times by 2 agents that my info was corrected, my policy was cancelled and I was forced into a much more expensive policy. When you can get a person on the phone, it takes weeks for the right person to call you back.... IF they call you back.... At this point no one will respond to emails. Very unprofessional and completely irresponsible.
