I recently called Le Paws Grooming to inquire about their services, and I was met with the rudest individual I have ever encountered in customer service. The man who answered the phone was not only dismissive but downright disrespectful.
From the moment I began speaking, it was evident that he had no interest in helping me or providing any semblance of customer service. Instead of politely addressing my questions, he responded with curt remarks and an impatient tone.
I was shocked by his lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. As a pet owner, I expect businesses in the grooming industry to be compassionate and accommodating, especially when it comes to discussing the care of our beloved animals. Unfortunately, Le Paws Grooming failed miserably in this regard.
Based on my appalling experience over the phone, I have no intention of ever bringing my dog to Le Paws Grooming, and I strongly advise others to steer clear as well. It's clear that this establishment does not value its customers, and no pet deserves to be subjected to such disrespectful treatment.
In conclusion, save yourself the frustration and find a grooming salon that actually cares about its clients. Le Paws Grooming has lost my trust and business indefinitely.

Ive had both my dogs groomed here 2x and so far so good. The 5 star review is because I havent had any issues with the dogs and their haircuts always look good. The front desk however needs a bit more how should I say.. finesse? . Its kind of hard to talk or explain anything when they are talking over you about their services or if you have a question you kind of feel bulldozed verballyI think its just the culture and the ownership (***it feels like the owner of the Soup Kitchen on Seinfeld ) , but 5 overall 5 STARS because the doggies are happy
