As a life long sign professional, I highly recommend Computerized Cutters for your sign shop and channel letter equipment needs.
After several years of using their KR CNC machine, as well as their Accubend Lite channel letter bender, I can attest to the extreme reliability followed up with excellent support by an American company. These machines almost print money, you just can't go wrong.
We also absolutely love our new trim cap machine, the ROI on this thing will be counted in months. CCI are truly great folks to work with.

On June 8, Computer Cutters Inc (CCI) sold me ACE+ machine $47,000+$1,500(software) that was severely defective. It is different from what CCI shows at their company or in advertising media.
After that a day, I reported about defective of the machine on Jun 9/2021 and Don Dingwall promised to fix it
There have been too many defects for a machine (called ACE+) purchased from CCI, so I keep emailing complaints to CCI.
They did not repair it as promised ( email June 10), so in July, I decided to return the ACE+
One of the biggest faults is that the machine cutting expands the length of each letter or number.
Specific events are as follows:

Although the design length on CCI's software is 36 ".19 but the ACE+ machine is wrong to 42" 94. Deviation 6"75= 19%)
All other machines in the world never cut so wrong. Please comparison pictures below:

Number 9: Although the design length on CCI's software is 41 ".68 but the ACE+ machine is wrong to 54" 68. Deviation 13"5= 36%)

Number 8: Although the design length on CCI's software is 45 ".21, the machine is wrong to 64" 71. Deviation 20"25 = 45% !

Similarly, other letters or numbers are also occur as above.
That is, I have not mentioned other defects such as cutting corners not large enough, denting the corner of the letters....
The craftsman had to manually cut off the excess on average about 1' roll per letter,
adjust the angle of the cut, and fold the edges.... A lot of work.
That is very difficult, and an unreasonable waste of time and money for us.
CCI's machine wrong cuts any letter like the shipper has wrong delivered to the wrong address any time!. Who can use that shipper?
How to continue using the cutter can be wrong up to 45%. ACE+ machine, It is too crazy!
Any machine on the word is not detrimental for the operator. It cuts correctly, without faulty
Therefore, There is no reason to force us to use the faulty machine!
We hope that CCI will recall the machine ACE+ and refund money to us
