When we finally decided to put our house on the market, I called the nearest Renax office and I was referred to Fatima, whom we met by pure luck. The rest of the time working with her was as smooth, pleasant and productive an experience as one could wish for. She tutored us on what we needed to do to make our place most attractive, we followed her lead, put our place up for sale and 8 days later we had a buyer. Fatima's sincere, confident and calm selling style helped mitigate all of the stigma we associated with showing and selling. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their house while reducing the stress associated with doing so.

Fatima is the most gracious, generous, thoughtful realtor that ever existed!
My daughter got sick and I wasn’t able to work. We couldn’t afford the mortgage payments. We were at a loss. We met Fatima through a mutual friend. When she came to visit our home she was very thorough. We considered replacing our fence. Fatima advised we get the fence repaired instead of replaced. This saved us thousands of dollars. Fatima also prayed for the healing Of our daughter and quick sale of our home. I’m not sure if another realtor would have done that but we were blessed to have her come into our lives when she did. Fatima used her own items and used her own expenses to stage our home. We sold our home in a buyers market during the month of October and we got an offer on our place within 5 days. There were some minor hiccups during the closing process. Fatima held our hands along the way and negotiated on our behalf as if we were her own family. We are forever grateful and thankful to Fatima for all of her hard work. We highly recommend Fatima for any of your home selling or buying needs.
