I normally bank with Laura at the 14th and Jupiter location. But I decided to run in here and deposit an $8,000 third-party check from a family member. Immediately the Indian lady up front was giving me attitude then I went to see shabu who I've met before and done a transaction with but she said they don't do third party checks.
Getting stereotype by Indian people is ridiculous.
I just got back from my normal location and of course they deposited the check into my account because I've been a BBVA/ PNC customer for over 12 years.

Rosa is the only person who is customer focused and trying to be helpful at this location. All others are not. Worst customer service. They dont care if someone is standing for a long time to deposit a check and be sent back, because they are busy. I am not sure how can they send a customer back saying they are counting their checks and mistakes and could not be able to attend anyone. What a ruthless pnc center and its customer service??

Real people exist at this PNC branch and they took care of my needs. I look forward to banking at this location.

No Customer service from any banker !! all are clueless
