image The parking in these apartments needs to be upgraded. No one told me that the parking lots flood when it rains. And the insurance that you have to get when you move in does not cover your vehicle, that's just bull.

Unfortunately, no renters' insurance policy covers vehicles, but if your vehicle suffered any damage you should be covered on your auto policy if you elected to have comprehensive coverage. image I moved here 2019. I dont have any problems with neighbors . I had a little bit of maintenance problem but Carlos and Louis the superintendents took care of it right away, they did the job and cleaned after the job was done , that was very nice of them and told me if I have any issues again dont hesitate to call the office . Staff in the office is nice and pleasant and attentive to any issues you might have. I have 0 pest problems. This area is quiet , close to work really dont have any issues maybe except when it rains a lot its a bit a flood zone but not big deal . Everything else is fine , and I love they have a laundry room, very nice .

image They are frauds! Theyre collecting multiple non refundable applications at a time to people without letting them know ahead of time the apartments arent available. We more than qualified and each time I called them it was another excuse. Definitely feel robbed out of $$$. Please beware

image When I moved here in 2012 it was a great experience. Besides the walls being paper thin - the apartment was decent, the community was nice, and everyone felt safe. I never had a problem with my vehicle or people trespassing. Throughout the years, the office staff has changed multiple times, and they started letting anyone move in; which has caused a lot of bugs, rodents, assaults, and break-ins (vehicles & apartments). For years they had surveillance signs, but it wasn't until a couple of months ago that they actually got cameras...(I'm sure it's because they have a lawsuit.) But even now, no one really knows if the cameras are on, or who's monitoring them. On a positive note, the rent is cheaper here than most places - but I'd rather pay triple the rent and be safe, than to pay cheap rent and someone assault me while walking in the house. Remember - Cheap things are dangerous! Lastly, I will say the Maintenance Team is phenomenal!!! Any time I had an issue, they were Johnny on the Spot!! That's the one thing I wish I could take with me to my next apartment.
