Rooms: The room was clean, but little bit old.
But, i was very grateful during staying because
of one staff whose name is Isaac.
He helped our family a lot.
When we extended more night, he showed proactive and kind attitude for my family.
So I was so thankful to him again.
I'm looking forward to meeting him again.

Property is OLD and in bad need of refurbish. Carpet old. Room musty smelling. Front door hinges and lock loose.
Nearby activities: Nothing within walking distance.

This is a standard Residence Inn (old style). It was overall clean and the employees were friendly. It is in the middle of some renovations, so perhaps some of the small problems we found (torn couch pillows, bathroom doors that stick) will be fixed.
But what really upset me here was the charge for parking - $9 per night. There is no need for this other than a money grab. This is not an urban hotel where parking is at a premium. In fact, the Quality Inn next door (which charges less than $100 per night for a room) does not charge for parking! Please just increase your room rate by $9 rather than sticking me with an extra fee. This cheapens the feel of the property.
The hotel should also take a look at its signage. The back entrance to the breakfast area has a large sign that says Welcome! but when you try to enter, you find a locked door with a small sign asking you to go around front. In the lobby, there is still a sign that says face masks are required, but this clearly has not been the policy for some time. The issue here is not the signs themselves, but the lack of attention to detail that they represent.
