Ordered our pool in September of 2020. Pool arrived June of 2021, started working on it August of 2021 and completed in May of 2022.
In this time frame, we were never given any type of schedule. They would come one day and then not be seen for weeks. When am we questioned them we were scolded for inquiring and blame was placed on Covid for everything.
In construction they needed to remove part of our deck. In doing so the broke the stairs, said they would repair and never did. They also needed to remove our dense. I doing so they broke 3 posts, said they would fix and never did. Currently we have orange construction fending keeping our 5 dogs in the backyard.
Our pool was supposed to be heated. They informed us they had a guy they work with and would get him to hook it up. Call after call to both the guy they use and them and no luck. As we sit today on 8/29 the heater is still not hooked up from an order placed in September of 2020. They have now stopped responding to any inquiries we make. Service: Inground pool installation

JD opens and closes our pool every year. A pleasure to deal with. If I call and leave a message, Anna calls back promptly. They replaced the liner a few years ago and it looks great.
