We were very disappointed in our dealings with Berkshire Graphics. Their knowledge of office equipment was poor and their customer service was non-existent. I would be very careful before making a purchase through this company. This is the first time we have ever felt it necessary to write a review in 47 years of doing business in Berkshire County!!
