      image Went from good to bad to worse. I'm not sure if this company made some changes in management, but my lawn looks worse than it did when I bought my house 5 years ago. I have more crabgrass, clover and nut grass in my lawn than ever before. After my last lawn treatment in the beginning of July, the technician left the paper with work performed and instructions that were circled, starred and underlined about how much I had to water in the fertilizer, even though Pennsylvania American water had issued notice to its customers to please conserve water. When I called the office Lindsey advised me those instructions were just to make the big shots happy. A few weeks ago I called to state my concerns about the condition of my yard and that I didn't know if I wanted to continue with the service, I was told by the young lady well then let's just cancel the service and was hung up on, instead of listening to my concerns as a customer. Extremely unprofessional.
