Someone cashed a fraudulent check in the name of my business for over $2,000 at this branch. Literally a check fabricated from whole cloth. Wrong color. No security features. Different writing. The fact that it went through in the first place is bad enough. They would not assist in any way to help in the police investigation. Kept stalling and not calling back. I went in person and met huge resistance from the branch manager in getting the needed info to move forward with filing the police report and and prosecution. So if you have fabricated checks HEAD ON DOWN TO DOLLAR BANK.

I use Dollar Bank for personal and Business accounts. Ive made deposits here, and theyve deposited the cash into accounts that dont belong to me on multiple occasions. Every time I do a large business deposit, the scanner messes up and they get the wrong amount and I have to wait for them to figure out the mistake. Ive had a passbook account that Ive used for years that they all of a sudden decided to not allow me to withdraw from because I was a minor on the account (Im 30 and the account was opened before I turned 18). Terrible, terrible service here. I am slowly moving all my accounts out of this bank and I would recommend you do the same.

This bank is refusing to process PPP loans for small business, theyre only doing it for their customers and the customers that already have loans, this is not what this government program was set up for. It was to help the small business, not the larger corporations, not for banks to pick and choose .and process loans for their favorite customers. What a scam
